Repair Service For Ghd Platinum+ Plus S8T262

We are now able to offer a limited repair service for the Platinum+ Plus model S8T262

which will include repair / replacement of the following parts:

• Heater Elements
• Thermal fuses
• Mains cables
• Plugs.

This will cover the majority of repairs to this model, but occasionally a failed microcontroller on the circuit board (PCB) can be the cause of the fault, unfortunately the only way to rectify this is to also replace the circuit board (PCB) for which there will be additional charge of £30. Also broken arms are not included in this repair service, should you require replacement arms please contact us first to check availability and price.

If we receive a pair that can't be repaired we can offer two choices:

• A full refund and we scrap the irons
• A refund less £10 postage and handling and we post the irons back to you

Your irons MUST NOT be dead. They must show some sign of life when plugged in, a bleep or flash of the LED.
