Extended Warranty Policy Wording

Thank you for your purchase from Ghd Recycle

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Ghd Recycle (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Ghd Recycle will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?
Ghd Recycle will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the product if repair is uneconomical.

How long does the coverage last?
The normal warranty period for physical goods purchased from Ghd Recycle is 90 days from the date of purchase. This extended warranty increases this period to 12 months from the date of the original purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Accidental damage.

Damage caused by misuse.

Damage caused by inappropriate storage.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. This must be done by emailing us at enquiries@ghdrecycle.com

Once a solution is agreed the cost of returning the goods will be at the customers expense, return postage (from Ghd Recycle to you the customer) will be covered by Ghd Recycle.

It is your (the customer) responsibility to ensure the goods are securely packaged. Ghd Recycle will not accept any liability for goods damaged or lost in the post so we recommend the use of an insured service.
