No, all our straighteners are pre-owned. We acquire our straighteners from various sources and they range from almost brand new to well used hence our grading system. If you are looking for brand new I would certainly check out our A+ and A grade straighteners as these are the pick of our stock and some would be hard to distinguish from new.

They do not come in original box unless this is shown in pictures or mentioned in the description. However they do come well packaged in a brand new postage box, plain white gift boxes are available at £1.50 each

Yes, all the straighteners we sell are 100% genuine, we have been refurbishing and repairing ghd straighteners for over 7 years and we can spot a fake a mile off.

Please be aware that since mid 2012 ghd stopped putting the hologram label on the inside of the arm and instead started putting it on the cable, owing to the fact that we put brand new cables on all our straighteners during refurbishment these will not be on the cables.

Please note: for our own security prior to dispatch all our straighteners are security marked with our own hologram label, should this be removed any warranty offered will be void.
