Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us regarding your reason for wishing to return your product within 14 days of receipt, we will then provide you with the necessary information to enable your return or exchange.

Returned items should be in the condition they were sent and must be returned with original packaging and any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original P+P cost (£5.00 Sm Parcel), (£1.75 Lg Letter). Alternatively, if preferred we will exchange the item.

Please note:

Non faulty goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched to us within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Delivery charges are refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is agreed.

This does not infringe your statutory consumer rights under the distance selling regulations.
