What a brilliant service, wish I had found this company years ago. The plates were scratched on my straighteners but they have now been replaced and we are good to go! I sent them away on the Thursday and had them back by Saturday. Can`t ask for more than that. Before sending them away I had a good WhatsApp chat about the fault and what could be done.
