This repair service will be carried out by our trusted colleagues over at ionco® who are at present the only company in the UK capable of repairing the Ghd Platinum straighteners.
The process is very easy, simply purchase the above repair service deposit of £10.00, Fill out the printable platinum repair order form (if you do not have a printer then a written note with the required details is fine) enclose this with your straighteners and post to the address stated in the link below. Once received and inspected you will then be sent a request and payment link for the remaining £39.99 which includes return postage.
